Um…all I can say about this moma…stunning!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am just in love with all these maternity images!
Yay for twins!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t wait! One boy and one girl on their WAY! If you follow me on facebook then you have already seen a quick preview from this beautiful maternity session 🙂 (hint hint)
I know so many folks who are pregnant or just had a baby it’s NUTS! I swear it must be something in the water!
My apologies to J that I am just now posting this maternity mentoring session I did a few months back with my wonderful client/friend J and Chaeli. J has been my client for many years now – I met her and photographed her twin girls for their second birthday (the first time I had ever taken photos of twins… much less twin TWO year olds) and we had a wonderful time and have been great friends ever since. I’ve continued to photograph her beautiful family many times over the past several years and when I found out she was expecting her 3rd baby girl I asked her if she would be up for a maternity session where I worked alongside Chaeli to help mentor her in doing a maternity photo session. We of course had a great time and Chaeli found these wonderful locations for us to use! Here’s a glimpse of what we did.
Oh and good luck J! I know today is the day that your new baby girl is due to arrive and we can’t wait to meet her!
You are beautiful J and I hope you have an easy and happy day today!
Guessing is one thing these two little babes (yep… I said two…. can you believe how tiny momma K is?) will NOT have to do. Their parents are so full of love for each other and so excited for the birth of their twins that there is simply no way that these two babies will not feel their love each and every day! This was just such a beautiful maternity session in every way…
K&B – I wish you all the best with your upcoming additions and I know you will just have a wonderful family just by seeing the way you two look at each other. I swear if it wasn’t for that little “bump” of a belly on you – I could have sworn I was shooting an engagement session. I just loved being around you both and sharing in your excitement!
Oh and before I go on – check out this gorgeous park! Can you believe how beautiful this park is? Thanks K for finding this gem even though we did have to fight off several other photographers that day!
I am so please to show of a new product that I’ll be offering. We now have custom diecut cards that you can use for birth announcements, holiday cards, birthday invitations or thank you cards…. the sky’s the limit really. I am just giddy at how cute these are! I printed these up to go along with a promotion that I am doing at Carmel OBGYN (they have a Blakney location along with a Steel Creek location). These cards will be in the welcome packets for the wonderful Dr. Roginsky! I’m not a designer but I think these came out super cute! There are about 20 different diecut designs to choose from – this was just one of the many!
Not only is Rina putting my info in her new client welcome packets but I also got to do an office display/canvas of her beautiful baby!
Check it out:
So ladies – if you are looking for a good OBGYN…. go on over and meet my friend Rina and the other doctors at their next meet and greet
We couldn’t have asked for better weather this past weekend for our maternity session with the “R” family! It was so stinking beautiful outside with all the leaves changing and falling (finally!) and the nice warm weather…. FANTASTIC time to do some maternity photos! This first time mom to be is hoping that her precious baby boy won’t delay in his arrival this January. Can you believe it is almost 2011! This year has flown by for me! I guess that happens when you have a baby around the house….. oh and a puppy….. oh and two other kids!
I had a great time meeting you all and I can’t wait to meet little Mr. “R” when he arrives too! Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and here’s to hoping that your feet don’t swell too bad! Oh and it was nice to meet your too Brutus!
Charlotte baby photographer, charlotte maternity photographer, charlotte pregnancy photos, mom to be, maternity photos,
Some days it feels like we have been waiting FOREVER on little baby “s” to arrive! Alas….it will only be a couple more weeks until we get to meet this mover and shaker! I’m so excited to meet this new little monkey! If you didn’t already know…. he will be my nephew! Hurray for mom and dad – how exciting it is to have your first baby! Oh those sleepless nights!
Ok – I know I am very behind on blogging with all the seasonal/Christmas rush so please hang in there with me! I couldn’t resist doing a quick post of my favorite “Hollywood” couple though. Ok – so they aren’t really from Hollywood but they sure looked like it! They are so young and beautiful and stylish….. sigh (remembering younger days of myself….even though I could never claim to be as cool and stylish as these two). I really had some fun playing around with the lighting on this session so I hope I don’t bore you to death with all my FABULOUS sun flare!
Check it out…..
It’s starting to get to be that time of year. HOLIDAY Season is quickly approaching… don’t delay…. I only have a few sessions remaining for 2009!
I have one November session left and December is booked with a handful of session left for September and October. (Newborn sessions still available)
Just a reminder that all remaining sessions for 2009 must be prepaid in order to hold your date.
I will be posting a few new Christmas and Holiday card designs shortly 🙂
This is a page out of baby Heidi’s baby book – more to come soon!
I talk to many moms who say they don’t want to do maternity photos of their second pregnancy because they didn’t do it with their first baby and what I say is:
Your second child will never have all the “first’s” that your first child had so go ahead and let yourself do something “special” for this baby because it never seems to fail – you are busier with two kids so you don’t have as many photos of your second born, you don’t get that baby book done (or at least not with the same amount of detail) and the list goes on and on ESPECIALLY if you have two kids of the same sex…
So there you have it 🙂 Go get those maternity photos done because each pregnancy if a gift to be cherished!
Thanks Chaeli for letting me take your photos on this second journey into motherhood! You look BEAUTIFUL and I have no idea how you are going to choose what photos to print because I love them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
