~Goodbye to the beautiful Florida beaches for this sweet family…. soon they will be headed for new and exciting adventures in a bit cooler climate!
Family photos on the beach can be so much fun and man – can you believe those colors!!!! Seriously this is honestly the true and beautiful color of the sky just as the sun set! I couldn’t make this up if I tried! Though the wind was not our friend that day – it was worth it just to have a relaxed and fun time on the beach together 🙂
Good luck in your upcoming travels Kelly and family! I know you will be sorely missed here in Saint Johns!
Can you see the cool moon rise just above them????!!!!????
When you are facing the camera and don’t see the waves coming…. tehehe
I haven’t done many of these lately since they are definitely a bit tricky but there is just something magical about a beautiful back lit image (or at least there is to me!)
Even though the rain won out and we had to move the ceremony inside at the last moment – you would never had known it because this crew were so happy and knew that the “where” was not the important part of the day. Lauren and John I am so happy for you and your wonderful new families! I wish you all the happiness in the world. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your beautiful day!
Such a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club
I have been lucky enough to photograph this family for the past 6 years! It’s crazy how time flies. I first met them when their twins were turning two and to this day that is still one of my favorite sessions! I am so lucky that I’ve not only gotten to photograph their families journey over the past six years, but they have also become dear friends as well. They are just such a wonderful family both inside and out and I truly cherish the day I met you all! Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your life!
I’ve been seeing a lot of photographers playing around with double or multiple exposures recently so I thought I’d give it a try this past rainy week! It proved to be pretty challenging! These are far from perfect but thought I’d share anyhow!
Oh so much fun! What is it about girls – they all seem to LOVE horses! We had a beautiful family photo session just before and some during and after a little storm rolled through giving us some beautiful colors in the clouds and sky! I want to give a HUGE thank you to Country Haze Farm for being so stinking great to us! Not only did they let us (at the last minute as another horse farm cancelled on us) play with their beautiful horses but they were so helpful and patient with us and the weather! I HIGHLY recommend you check them out if you are looking to put your kids into any type of riding lessons. They are just great folks over there and I feel lucky to have met them!
Huge thanks also to my lovely friends that got their whole family dressed up in these super cute outfits and braved the rain for me – just to help me with a photography assignment that I was working on! You guys are awesome!
One last one – Thank you Chaeli for making this happen! Without you I would have been lost with those big beautiful horses!
If you “like” us on facebook you’ll be the first to see images from our most current photography sessions (hint hint!)
Hi hope you all have a super fun Thanksgiving weekend full of smiles, laughter and joy!
I will be back in the office Monday 🙂
My apologies on the lack of posting lately but this is always such a crazy busy time of year for us over here! I do love it though when I get the chance to hang with a sweet 6 month old baby – they are always so fun and happy a this age! Check this pure cuteness!
